1) Can I access WEBForms outside of the country?
Answer: WEBForms® / TransactionDesk is designed to be used within North America by Canadian and U.S. REALTORS® (Canada and the United States). A VPN can be attempted, but we cannot confirm if it will work once visiting a country outside of North America. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
2) Missing Transaction in WebForms after changing brokerages.
Answer: You will need to speak to your previous managing broker to release the forms back to you. Managing brokers have a tool called the "Broker tool" in WebForms that is used to carry out this task.
3) I can't create a transaction because I don't have an MLS number to import.
Answer: If you don't have an MLS number to import. You would leave the "Import Data" field empty. If you have made a selection in there like the screenshot below. Switch it to "-Select Source-" and that should allow you to proceed in creating the transaction without a MLS number.

5) Why can't I type/remove anything in the terms and condition field (CPS Form)?
Answer: There is a hidden character limit in that field. When you scroll up and down the text box it means that you have exceeded the character limit. Workaround is to move half of the content to a newly added page.
6) Where is the "Settings" button located on WEBForms?
Answer: Click the round icon on the top-right of the screen.
7) Why does the font in my template not transfer to my transaction?
Answer: When you create a template and change the font to your preference, it does not transfer to your transaction. You need to edit the font in the transaction - this is by design.
8) Can I have access to Webforms as a dual member?
Answer: Yes. When you log onto Webforms with your email address, you are prompted to ask if you want to link to both boards. If you say yes, once you are in Webforms, you will see forms from both boards.
