Desktop share allows computer support agents to easily see what you are seeing on your screen. Issues that the agent can't replicate on their end but is showing on yours can be shown using this method. Here is a guide on how to get this started.
Step 1: Go under "Resources" and click on "Desktop Share."
Step 2: Enter the support key provided by computer support.
Step 3: Once you have entered the support key provided. Click on "Join."
Step 4: The next page should show up like so. Click on "Accept."
Step 5: Click on "Share" in this page.
Step 6: A popup screen should show up. From here select "Entire Screen" then choose the screen you want to share. In this example, I'm sharing my screen 1 as shown below. Once everything is selected click on "Share."
