A WEBForms transaction template provides time saving for common items needed in a transaction. Items like forms, documents, contacts are info that you can prefill in and apply to the transaction. Here is a guide on how to set one up.
Step 1: On the right hand column, click on the icon highlighted. Then click on "Transaction Templates."
Step 2: To create a template click on "Add."
Step 3: Fill in the fields.
Step 4: Here are the available fields you can prefill information in.
Step 5: To add items into your template click on the "+" for each of the available fields.
Step 6: In this example, I'm adding in a form.
Step 7: As you can see I've successfully added in the form. I've also done an additional step and added in a contact as highlighted.
Step 8: If you need to make any changes to the items you've added, you can click on the 3 dots on the side as shown.
Step 9: Create a transaction.
Step 10: Apply the template as shown.
Step 11: If we refer back to our step 7, we had the contact "Bob Smith" as a contact in our transaction template.
Step 12: As you can see, this is the form we added in on step 7 of the guide.
