To help you collect data to complete the BCFSA Real Estate Transaction Data Workbook, your association has put together a report in Paragon.
You can find the report under the Inventory specialty search:
1)Login to Paragon
2)Click Search->Inventory
3) Input the following Criteria into your inventory search:
Status: Pending, Closed
Listing Owner: Listings for your Office
Co-Offices (Y/N): Yes
Selling/Listing: Listed
NOTE: You may need to input other criteria fields as required (Such as "Sold Date"). BCFSA is looking for this information based on “firm contract date”, defined as when subjects are removed.
For a subject-free or unconditional offer, this would be the date that the seller accepted the buyer’s offer. For a conditional offer, this would be the date when the buyer (and/or seller) removed all subjects. Ensure the firm contract date is between February 16, 2025, to March 15, 2025.
4)Click Search
5)In the search results, Click Reports->Spreadsheets->Regulator Data Call
6) The "Regulator Data Call" spreadsheet displays. Click Export->Export to CSV
7)The "Export to (CSV) Excel" window appears. Ensure "Regulator Data Call" is selected. Click Export
8) The exported inventory file (Regulator_Data_Call.csv) will download to your device. This will assist with filling out the BCFSA "Transaction Data" workbook.
Note: This report is only meant to assist you with filling out the workbook. In order to avoid errors upon submission, it is strongly advised that you manually enter your data into the BCFSA workbook (don’t copy and paste directly from the report). Please reference the Instructions and Definitions tabs located within the BCFSA workbook as needed. You must follow predefined formatting instructions for each cell, such as dates (YYYY-MM-DD) and select the correct real estate board from the dropdown menu in the BCFSA workbook.
