Listing Questions:
1) How many documents can I add to a listing?
Answer: You can add up to 12 documents to a single listing. The maximum file size (per individual file) that can be uploaded to their listing cannot exceed 20MB
2) How often do listing documents/partial listings get purged?
Answer:
Documents - 3 Months after going to an off market status
Partial Listings - 60 days after entering
3) Multi-media Links
Virtual Tour – realtor.ca and many vendors
Property Brochure – realtor.ca and some vendors
DDF more info – CREA DDF only
Alternate Feature sheet – realtor.ca only
Floorplan URL – realtor.ca and some vendors
"URL 4" is currently not being used
4) Will changes to the price of a partial listing still be visible after the listing is saved and goes on market?
Answer:
No. When a partial listing is published all history is removed. Only price changes after the listing goes live and is assigned an ML# will be visible to others.
