General questions:
1) How can I change my contact information on Paragon?
Answer: Please reach out to our member relations team (604-730-3090) and they can adjust it on your profile. It will take approximately 3 hours for the changes to show on Paragon.
2) Can I access Paragon outside of the country?
Answer: There are some countries that block board sites and apps including Paragon, Webforms and Touchbase, due to security policies. You may want to consider using a VPN and connect to a server in Canada before using these sites/apps. We do not support VPN set up and cannot guarantee this option will work.
3) What's the difference between each date field?
Answer:
Search Date: when searching for multiple statuses (including Actives), all Actives will be in the results, no matter the date.
General Date: when searching for multiple statuses (including Actives), only those Actives will be in the results based on the date range.
List Date: The effective date on the listing contract.
Entry Date: The date it is entered on Paragon
Price Date: The date of a price change
Process Date: The day we process the sale in our MLS department.
